What are flower remedies?

Flower remedies are a liquid product, which contain the essence of 38 English flowers. Our flowers are grown by specialists and imported in to the United States. They are then manufactured by our laboratory in the United States to Dr. Bach’s exact specifications. Several quality control tests are performed to ensure the integrity of each formulation before it leaves our laboratory. We want to be sure that you are receiving the exact formulation Dr. Bach intended.

Have you ever experienced a situation that evoked strong emotions? Most of us will answer yes to this question. Think about the effects these emotions had on your health. If you were frightened or anxious you may have experienced a racing heart or sweaty palms. The presence of an emotion certainly affected the physical health of your body. Does it not follow then that long-term emotion stress or imbalance can have an adverse effect on the health of your body? Flower Remedies work to correct these emotional imbalances. They do not work chemically like modern drugs, but rather in the same way that an actual bouquet of flowers would cheer someone up during a time of grief or sorrow.

Are there side effects to flower remedies?

After nearly 70 years of use, there are no known side affects or risks associated with Flower Remedies. This is due the fact that the remedies do not have a chemical impact on the body.

What is the history of Traditional Flower Remedies' formulations?

In the 1930’s a Medical Doctor named Edward Bach began to experiment with the use of flower essences to treat certain medical conditions. Eventually Dr. Bach found 38 flower essences which were associated with different emotional imbalances. When Dr. Bach passed away in 1936 his daughter, Ellon Bach, decided to preserve her father’s work by continuing to make flower essences according to his formulations.
